Emotional Healing for Black Women

If you have anger, grief and/or bitterness in your heart (even if you don’t have a difficult personality), read my post titled “Reflections of a Former Attitude Queen-Emotional Healing for Black Women.” Even if you don’t have a bad attitude, there is a section in the post that can be of great help to you if you adapt it to your situation.
Start reading from the section titled, “Transforming Your Attitude – Taking it to God and Cooperating with God” and do steps 1, 2 and 4. You can adapt the steps to your situation by realizing that the references to a bad attitude are not for you, but the rest of the text is.

Don’t just automatically think to yourself that you don’t have a bad attitude though. I suggest you go the extra mile and read the whole post, “Reflections of a Former Attitude Queen” first and then do some serious introspection to evaluate whether you have a difficult personality.
